Q: How do I book?
A: You can book directly through our website. Simply go to our booking s page, select your dates and accommodation type. Alternitavely, drop us a message or call us and we will get back to you when we can.Ā
Q: Can I book the whole campsite for a family gathering or party?
A: Yes you can book the whole site. Just get in touch and we can see what dates are available.

Q: Is there a minimum stay?
A: Yes, we typically require a 2-night minimum stay. We do offer one night stays in low seasons and sometimes during the summer holidays if we have had a late cancelation. keep your eyes on our social media to get a last min deal!

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, late arrivals are possibleāplease let us know in advance so we can provide check-in instructions.

Q: What is included in the accommodation?
A: Each unit includes beds, bedding, crockery, cutlery, 240v electricity, mini fridge, lighting, outdoor seating, and BBQ's. There is portable gas hobs and extra cooking equipment and sinks for washing up in the facilities rooms.Ā
Q: Can I pitch my own tent?
A: We don't have any self pitch areas on our site. If you have Hired the whole campsite for a group booking, we may offer a few self pitches but we generally like to keep the numbers at a comfortable level as the facilities can get crowded.

Q: Are there toilets and showers?
A: Yes, we provide clean shared bathroom facilities.

Q: Is there electricity or Wi-Fi?
A: All the units have electricity. Wi-Fi may be limitedāperfect for switching off and enjoying nature.

Q: Is bedding provided?
A: Yes, all bedding is included. If you require towels, they are are available for an extra charge.
Q: Do you have parasol umbrellas?
A: Yes. we do have parasols available on request. We have found that, if left out and open they tend to fly off and end up in the field (which happens quit a lotš)Ā

Q: Can I cook on site?
A: Yes, guests can use BBQs or designated cooking areas. Some accommodations include private cooking facilities.
Q: How can I cook:
A: There are portable twin gas hob stoves available. You just need to get it from the Rabbit room. You can cook in the rabbit room, on the decking by the pond, or the bench outside of you tent. Please do not cook inside your tent. There is also a microwave, toaster, and kettle available for use in the rabbit room.Ā

Q: Do you provide fire pits or BBQs?
A: Yes, fire pits/BBQs are available. Firewood may be available to purchase on-site but we recomend bringing your own.Ā

A: Yes, fresh drinking water is available on site.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Although we love dogs and are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful walking countryside, our small, close-knit glamping site and bell tent accommodation arenāt ideally suited to hosting them. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for all our guests, weāve chosen to remain a dog-free site. Thank you for your understanding

A: Yes, the car park is very close to the tents. Please donāt park next to your tent or on the grass.

A: We are typically open from spring to early autumn (weather dependent).

A: Due to the natural terrain, some areas may not be suitable for guests with limited mobilityāplease contact us for details.

A: Campfires are allowed in designated areas only.

A: Yes, we operate a quiet hours policy (usually from 10pm).
